MarginSleuth provides a free online audit tool that analyzes your business's credit card rewards and payment processing fees to identify potential savings opportunities. Our reports are estimates based on the information you provide and are not financial, legal, or tax advice.
3. User Representations
By using our service, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You have the authority to bind the business you represent
- All information you provide is accurate and complete
- You will use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
4. SMS Messaging Consent
By providing your mobile phone number and submitting the audit form at marginsleuth.io, you consent to receive transactional text messages from Sequoia Ventures DBA MarginSleuth. These messages are limited to delivery of your audit report, appointment reminders, booking confirmations, and annual re-audit reminders. We do not send promotional or marketing SMS messages.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. You will receive one confirmation message and no further SMS after that. For help, reply HELP or contact kevin@marginsleuth.io. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of MarginSleuth and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MARGINSLEUTH, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.
